Today is "Osho" in Shinbashi

Today I had lunch with my coworker, who’s also my business partner.
We had some errands to take care of, so we decided to eat something quick at Gyoza no Ohsho in Shimbashi — near our office.
To be honest, I used to think Ohsho wasn’t that great...
but it’s been a while, and this time the food was surprisingly good! 😆
“Mapo Tofu (Mabotohu)” — 麻婆豆腐

It was a bit watery, but the flavor wasn’t bad at all.
Note: When making mapo tofu, make sure to drain the tofu properly — that’s the key!
“Half Fried Rice (Half Chahan)” — 半チャーハン

Hmm… not the best, but not terrible either.
Maybe it could’ve used a bit more oil — felt a little dry.
“Twice-Cooked Pork (Hoikoro)” — 回鍋肉

The flavor was on the stronger side, but still really tasty.
Lots of meat too, which made me happy.
Some Chinese restaurants try to save costs by using less meat,
but this one had a good amount — well-balanced overall.
Everything’s going smoothly.
It’s a piece of cake!
