Well... another hangover today 😂

People often say that Japanese people love drinking, but I'm starting to wonder... is it Japanese people who love alcohol, or is it just me?

Keika Ramen also serves tonkotsu ramen, but unlike many others, it's surprisingly light while still full of rich pork bone flavor. It's easy to enjoy even when you're recovering from a hangover.

Of course, it's not just great for hangovers—it's simply an incredibly delicious bowl of ramen any day of the week. 😄

Since I didn't have much of an appetite today, I skipped the Taro (braised pork belly) topping and ordered the Thin Noodle Keika Ramen (細麺桂花) instead.

In the end, I have to say... it's just as delicious as I remembered.

The broth is smooth, mellow, and incredibly easy to drink. Even with a hangover, it goes down surprisingly well.

Despite its mild taste, the broth is still rich and full of flavor. The aromatic black garlic oil (mayu) adds a wonderful depth and really stimulates your appetite.

As always, it was a deeply satisfying bowl of ramen.

Now I've decided to stop drinking alcohol so I can come back and enjoy this ramen without a hangover next time. Let's see how long my alcohol-free streak lasts. 😆

I've also noticed that Keika Ramen has been attracting more and more international visitors recently.
