one of my all-time favorite ramen shops, was offering a limited-time tonkotsu ramen,
so I went to try it for the first time in a while 😆

The classic chuka soba is, of course, delicious, but this tonkotsu ramen is also seriously good.
Just as the name suggests, the rich umami of pork bones really comes through in the soup.

I’m not a big fan of wood ear mushrooms, so I asked to have them removed, but…

In the end, I enjoyed a very satisfying bowl of ramen and left feeling completely full.
Everything is going smoothly 😆👍
