▶ What I Tried
Shoyu Ramen|醤油ラーメン

The ramen features the curly noodles typical of Kitakata ramen, paired with a slightly strong soy sauce-based soup.
The soup itself is light, but you can still taste plenty of pork-bone umami and savory seasoning.
Overall, the flavors are fairly bold, and the chashu is also well seasoned.
If you like stronger flavors, this is the kind of bowl you may really enjoy.
Shio Ramen|塩ラーメン

The shio ramen has a clear, clean-tasting soup with a refreshing finish. The salt flavor comes through clearly, and while the soup is slightly on the stronger side, it still has plenty of umami.
For an additional charge, you can also change the standard ramen to shio or miso.
*The extra charge may vary depending on the time, so please check the current price when ordering.
Seared Chashu Rice Set | 炙りチャーシュー丼セット

There are also good-value set meals available. In addition to the seared chashu rice, there are several other rice bowl options, including wasabi soy sauce chashu rice, along with a good selection of side dishes such as gyoza.
The rice bowls are tasty as well, and many customers order one together with their ramen.
Wasabi Soy Sauce Chashu Rice | わさび醤油チャーシューご飯

You do not often see chashu paired with wasabi, but the combination works surprisingly well.
The flavor is fairly bold and savory, making it the kind of rice bowl that goes extremely well with rice.
