▶ What I Tried
Chuka Soba | 中華そば

The light, old-fashioned chuka soba has a nostalgic and comforting taste.
I used to eat it quite often, especially when I had a hangover,
because the clear, gentle broth was easy to enjoy.
Of course, I ate it plenty of times even when I wasn’t hungover.
They also offer sets such as ramen with a half portion of fried rice,
which is a good choice if you want something a little more filling.
▶ Final Thoughts
The restaurant can be busy at lunchtime, but evenings are often much quieter.
At night, the atmosphere inside is calm and relaxed, making it an easy place to enjoy a bowl of ramen at a slower pace.
The entrance is tucked slightly into a narrow side street just a few meters from the main path, so keep an eye out or you may walk right past it.
