Shoyu Ramen | 醤油らーめん

A bowl of clear shoyu ramen served at NIPPON RAMEN RIN TOKYO inside Tokyo Station, made with Japanese chicken and soy sauce.

The ramen has a light, clean flavor that is very easy to eat.

My impression is that it is the kind of ramen that would appeal to a wide range of people.

If I had one small preference, I would be even happier with a little more punch in the flavor.

Because of its location inside Tokyo Station, the area is always busy, and the restaurant itself is popular as well.

Even so, outside the peak hours, my impression is that the wait is usually not too bad.

The interior is clean and has a refined, slightly luxurious atmosphere.

Overall, it is an easy place to visit if you want a well-balanced bowl of ramen in a convenient location.
