Chikuwa Tempura Bukkake Udon | ちくわ天ぶっかけうどん

Sanuki Udon noodle set with big crispy Chikuwa tempura, fresh lemon, and a bowl of rice at Sanukiya in Hiroshima.

The udon has a simple, casual style, but the chewy noodles and crispy chikuwa tempura make it very satisfying.

The grated daikon, lemon and green onions keep the overall flavor refreshing, so even with the tempura, it does not feel too heavy.
