Seasonal Hegi Soba Set | 季節のへぎそば御膳

Traditional Hegi Soba (buckwheat noodles) served with crispy assorted tempura, Shirasu (whitebait) rice bowl, and small side dishes at Echigo Kanoya in Lazona Kawasaki.

This seasonal set lets you enjoy several different Japanese dishes in one meal, including hegi soba, tempura, small side dishes and a rice bowl.

The soba has a firm, smooth texture, while the tempura adds a nice crispy contrast.

The small rice bowl also makes the set feel more complete, and the variety makes it a good choice when you want to try more than just soba.

Beef Sukiyaki Set | 牛すき焼き御膳

Premium Wagyu Sukiyaki rice bowl (beef hot pot style) set served with cold Soba noodles, a soft-boiled egg, and miso soup at Echigo Kanoya in Lazona Kawasaki.
