Nokyu Shimbashi Ramen is a long-established ramen shop with multiple locations mainly across the Kanto area.
The menu offers a wide variety of ramen and set meals, and many of its branches are located near stations or inside commercial buildings, making them easy to access.

Rather than being a destination for a highly distinctive bowl, Nokyu is the kind of ramen shop that is easy to visit casually, with plenty of choices and a familiar, convenient atmosphere.

Kokuuma Ramen Shoyu|コク旨らーめん( 醤油 )

A bowl of shoyu ramen served at Naokyu in Wing Shimbashi, near Shimbashi Station in Tokyo.

The regular ramen has a mild and gentle flavor, so if you prefer a little more richness and punch, this Koku-Uma Ramen with backfat is a good choice.
Even with the backfat, the soup does not feel overly heavy, and it still keeps its light character.
Overall, the broth has a clean and straightforward chicken umami that is easy to enjoy.

Because the Shimbashi branch is located inside the station complex, customers are constantly coming and going.
However, the restaurant is relatively spacious and the turnover is fast, so you usually do not have to wait very long.
