Taniseya Ramen in Tokyo Shinbashi

Today, for the first time in a while, I had Iekei ramen at my favorite place, Tanise-ya 😆

A regular ramen, a small bowl of rice, and as a topping, “goro-chashu” (chopped pieces of pork)

I hadn’t had it in a while, but it was incredibly delicious—so good it almost made me groan.
Even some customers who seemed to be trying it for the first time were saying, “This is so good.”

Sipping this rich, flavorful broth, slurping the noodles, and eating it with rice—it’s pure happiness.
Normally, I don’t think noodles and rice go well together, but Iekei ramen is actually made to pair perfectly with rice, so you just keep eating more.

The chopped chashu topping is also amazing—full of flavor, juicy, and delicious.
And surprisingly, it’s only 50 yen!! 😂

That’s why Tanise-ya is such an addictive ramen spot.
I’m really happy I could enjoy it again after a while.

Anyway, everything is going great (´▽`)
