Kagetsu Arasi in Kanda Tokyo

Today, I went to one of my favorite ramen chains in Japan,
Kagetsu Arashi 😆

There are many ramen chains in Japan, but Kagetsu Arashi stands out because it regularly collaborates with famous ramen shops and recreates their signature bowls.

As a result, customers can enjoy a wide variety of ramen styles all in one place.

Of course, Kagetsu Arashi also offers its own original creations, and needless to say, its signature "Arashi Genkotsu Ramen" is absolutely delicious.

“Kagetsu Arasi in Kanda” - 花月嵐 神田 -

I ordered the Arashi Genkotsu Ramen (Soy Sauce Flavor) and a Garlic Pork Rice Bowl.

The soy sauce ramen has a fairly rich and savory flavor, with a broth topped with pork back fat.

You can choose either thin or thick noodles, but this time I went with the thin noodles.
To be honest, I usually choose the thin noodles anyway 😂

It's one of those ramen bowls that I suddenly find myself craving from time to time.

Although it contains pork back fat, it isn't overly heavy, and the flavorful broth has an addictive quality that keeps you coming back for more.

The pork rice bowl is also seasoned quite strongly, making it the perfect companion to a bowl of rice.

And of course, I couldn't resist adding the free garlic and spicy garlic chive topping.

And of course, I added the free garlic to the ramen, while the spicy garlic chive topping gave the broth a completely different flavor.

The spicy chives also pair perfectly with rice, making both the ramen and the rice impossible to stop eating.

Before I knew it, I was completely full and happy after another satisfying meal at Kagetsu Arashi.
