Korindo( 光麟堂 ) Ramen Review | Michelin-Quality Lunch Near Shinbashi, Tokyo

Shoyu ramen lunch set at Korindo in Shinbashi, Tokyo featuring a clear rich broth, tender chicken chashu, and handmade noodles.

Today I had lunch at Korindo, one of the most popular ramen shops in Shinbashi.

Not only is it a famous local favorite, but it's also one of my personal favorites.

At first, the broth seems light and delicate, but with every sip, an incredible depth of flavor unfolds. It almost feels like a symphony of rich flavors playing inside your mouth. 😆

I was still dealing with a hangover as usual, but I enjoyed every last bite.

You can choose either thin or thick noodles, but I went with the thin noodles this time.

Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever ordered the thick noodles before.
I'll have to give them a try next time.

As always, everything was excellent.

The broth is refined, elegant, and full of deep, layered flavor. The noodles have a pleasant firmness and a wonderful wheat aroma that pairs perfectly with the soup.

The chicken chashu rice bowl was also fantastic. The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, and the savory sauce over the rice made it even more satisfying.

Overall, it was another delicious and satisfying lunch. 😊

So, everything is going well (*´▽`*)
